When you book a ride, we collect only the information needed to process your request: name, phone number, pick-up address, destination, desired date and time, and any details you provide voluntarily.
2. Use of information
Your information is used solely to arrange and confirm your ride, to contact you if needed, and to ensure service quality. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
3. Consent
By submitting the booking form, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Retention and security
Your information is kept only as long as necessary to process your request, then securely destroyed. We apply security measures (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access) to protect it.
5. Your rights
Under Law 25, you have the right to access your personal information, have it corrected and request its deletion. To exercise these rights, contact our privacy officer.
